John Robins P.Geo.
Executive Chairman and Director
John Robins is a professional geologist, prospector and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the mining industry. In 2022 he was the recipient of the AME’s Murray Pezim Award for his significant contribution to the financing of exploration and development projects over the last 20 years. He was also awarded the Spud Huestis Award in 2008 for having made significant contributions to mineral exploration in British Columbia and Yukon.
Mr. Robins has been involved in several notable discoveries, including the 5M oz Coffee Gold deposit in Yukon, the Three Bluffs gold deposit in the Committee Bay greenstone belt, the Aviat / Churchill diamond districts of Nunavut, and the Great Bear project in north-western Ontario. Through his entrepreneurship, John has been instrumental in over CDN$3B in M&A activity and has generated over $1B in direct and indirect mineral expenditures throughout Canada, Latin America, and Australia. Notable recent successes include the sales of Great Bear Resources Ltd. to Kinross Gold Corp. for $1.8B, Great Bear Royalties Corp. to Royal Gold Inc. for $200M, and Kaminak Gold Corp. to Goldcorp for $510M.
John’s outstanding strategic guidance, technical expertise, strong industry relationships, and steadfast adherence to ethical practices, underpin his status as a leading steward of the junior mining industry. He currently acts as Chairman of Elemental Altus Royalties and K2 Gold Corp. Mr. Robins is also a Director of Elemental Altus Royalties and Fireweed Metals Corp., and a Strategic Advisor to Defense Metals Corp., Kodiak Copper Corp., ValOre Metals Corp., and Prospector Metals Corp.

Anthony Margarit P.Geo.
President, CEO and Director
Anthony holds a BSc. Geology from Lakehead University and has over twenty-five years of management and exploration experience working with both major mining, and junior exploration companies. Over the course of his career, he has explored for a variety of commodities, and deposit types, on projects ranging from greenfields prospecting and project generation to managing multi-drill programs, and advanced development projects. This experience has given him exposure to a variety of exploration methods, as well as business management styles and techniques.

Jim Paterson
Director
Jim is the co-founder and principal of Discovery Group and has 23 years of corporate development experience in the mining industry, including capital raises, acquisitions, joint-ventures, spin-outs, and RTOs and IPOs. He was a driving force behind $80 million in equity financing for ValOre Metals, which led to multiple discoveries at the Pedra Branca PGE project.
He was a long-standing and active director of Kaminak Gold Corp. (acquired by Goldcorp) and founding director of Northern Empire Resources Corp. (acquired by Coeur Mining). He founded Corsa Capital in 2007, and a 2010 transaction created an industry-leading metallurgical coal producer with a C$250M marketing capitalization.
In addition to being the Chairman and CEO of ValOre Metals, Jim is a Director at Gold Basin Resources and an Advisor to Prospector Metals.

Steve Swatton
Director
Mr. Swatton has been in the mining and exploration business for 30 years and has held positions such as Institutional Mining Analyst for Yorkton Securities, CEO of several successful junior companies including Brazil Resources Inc. and Fortress Minerals Ltd., and was Global Head of Business Development for the BHP Billiton Exploration Group (2005-2008). In recent years Mr. Swatton has developed varied business interests in third world jurisdictions while maintaining a keen interest in the Canadian Resource sector through investment and opportunity recognition.

Carolyn Clark Loder
Director
Ms. Loder has an M.A. with Highest Honors from California State University, Fresno and an M.L.S. in Indian Law from Arizona State University School of Law. Ms. Loder is a recognized leader in mineral rights, land management, multiple land use planning, mineral development and Indian Law. As Manager of Mineral Rights and Public Lands for Freeport-McMoRan Inc. she was responsible for the management of mineral rights for all corporate holdings, including exploration, active and in-active operations. Ms. Loder has been recognised with numerous awards for mineral reserve acquisition, leadership and professionalism by corporations, associations, governmental entities and tribal nations. Caroyln is the recipient of the “100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining” by the Women in Mining – UK. She also served as President of the California Mining Association.

Steven Krause
Director and Chair of Audit Committee
Mr. Krause is a co-founder and partner of Avisar Chartered Professional Accountants. He has worked extensively with mining, mineral exploration and development stage companies in North and South America. Mr. Krause is also the former chairman of Luna Gold, where he was chairman until the successful merger of Luna Gold and JDL Gold to form Trek Mining, in a $360 million merger. He is currently the CFO of Viva Gold Corp. and the former CFO of Bear Creek Mining Corporation. Mr. Krause holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Trinity Western University and received his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 1997. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation in the state of Illinois, USA and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Director’s Education Program (ICD).

Jodie Gibson M.SC., P.GEO
Chief Geologist
Mr. Gibson is an exploration geologist with over 14 years mineral exploration experience throughout the North American Cordillera from Alaska to Mexico; including syngenetic and epigenetic precious and base metal systems. He was the Project Manager of the Underworld Resources Inc. exploration team that discovered and defined the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits. These assets were subsequently sold to Kinross in 2010 for $139 million. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gibson was serving as Vice President Exploration for White Gold Corp where he oversaw over $30 million in exploration activities over the previous three years with highlights including expansion of the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits and five new discoveries across the White Gold district; including the high-grade Vertigo discovery on the JP Ross property. Jodie was recognized as the 2020 Yukon Prospector of the Year.

Chris Taylor
Advisor
Mr. Taylor is a structural and economic geologist and mining entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience with both producers and exploration companies. He is President and Director of Great Bear Resources Ltd since December 2010. He is currently Chairman of TSX.V listed Kodiak Copper Corp. and formerly a geologist with Imperial Metals, Inc., a TSXV company from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Earth Sciences in 2000, and a Master of Science degree in Structural Geology from Carleton University in 2003.
