Vancouver, B.C. – West Melville Metals Inc. (WMM: TSX-V) (“West Melville” or “the Company”)announces that the proposed share consolidation of the common shares of the Company on the basis of four pre-consolidation shares for one post-consolidation share, as previously disclosed on November 18, 2015 and January 27, 2016 (the “Consolidation”) will take effect at the market open on Tuesday, March 2, 2016 under new CUSIP number 954273306. There will be no name change or trading symbol change in conjunction with the Consolidation.
The Consolidation was approved by the Company’s shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on November 18, 2015 and has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Following the Consolidation, the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company will be approximately 1,315,136.
